Canning Class


Back by popular demand, it’s another canning class! If you have never “put up” anything before, or if it has been years and you have given all your equipment away, come join Holly Smith and Terry Miller for a fun-filled morning as they share their combined 100 years of canning expertise and enthusiasm for a “lost art”. Participants will take home at least 4 (4oz.) jars of lemon jelly sure to add sunshine to any breakfast!  Get a glimpse of small batch, year-round canning at its’ best!!

Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 10 am to 1 pm

This event will be held in the Bethel Church Kitchen & Fellowship Hall and the cost is $15.00. Registration must be received in advance in order to prepare for each participant. Space is limited to 12 people and fills up fast, so register early by contacting Terry at 610-506-8455 (phone or text).
